This lovely 3 bedroomed villa is located on 10,000m2 of land just a couple of kilometres south of the small village of Los Cerricos. It is surrounded by almond and olive trees and is ideal for a quiet, relaxing retreat. The garden area is gravelled, and is surrounded by a low wall and access is via wrought iron gates.

The villa has stunning panoramic views of the mountains and countryside, which can ideally be viewed from the terraced porch area.

It is fully equipped with everything you will need, including:
Lounge/dining area (with fire): sofas, coffee table, table, chairs, TV table, glass fronted display cabinet with drawers;
Kitchen is fully fitted and includes fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and electric oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, etc etc.

There are two bathrooms (one en suite).

There is a satellite dish and box but any tenent would have to supply their own television.

All bedding and towels are supplied.

In fact, everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable is included.

Local information: local village is Los Cerricos, which has bars, small shop, and lots of friendly locals! Nearest large town (north) is 10-15 minutes' drive (Chirivel), and this has all the amenities you could want. Albox is about 30 minutes' drive south. Coast is approximately 1 hours' drive.
The motorway (which skirts Chirivel) gives easy access to all points west and east!
