This restored house is in the charming village of La Cinta which has a shop and a good bar/restaurant, it is also only 5 minutes from Arboleas. The large fitted kitchen is at the front of the house and leads to a separate dining room which has a shower room leading off it. The lounge is lovely and looks out onto the private courtyard which has steps up to sun trap roof terrace. Upstairs there are two very large double bedrooms and a huge bathroom.
The house has a satellite dish so someone would just need to bring a box to use it, internet and phone are possible too.
