This beautiful, 200 year old, detatched Mill House has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is set in almost 2 acres of old orange groves with its own swimming pool and attractive gardens. The Mill has been fully modernised to a high standard, has heaps of character and many original features. The property is located on the edge of the hamlet Los Colorado, just outside the village of Antas and has panoramic views of mountains and countryside. The village of Antas is only 5 minutes away and retains a true Spanish charm yet offers all the amenities needed with bars, restaurants, banks, shops and a market on a Monday morning. Antas is the perfect location for a holiday, set in the peaceful Spanish countryside, yet only 15/20 minutes drive from the beach and only 5 minutes from the E15 motorway. There are 4 golf courses in the area: Desert Springs and Valle del Este just 10 minutes drive and Marina Golf and Cortijo Grande within half an hour. The resort beaches of Mojacar Playa are only 25 minutes drive and offer typical resort facilities. The beaches are cleaned daily throughout the summer season and most are monitored by lifeguards. Almeria airport is the nearest being just 45 minutes drive with Murcia airport just over an hour and Alicante approximately 2 hours away.

A private area perfect for outside dining or just relaxing. Large hard standing area with sunloungers, 2 tables and chairs with umbrella. There is ample parking for several cars.
